Konzentrat)<\/li>\n<li>Kokosmilch, 150 ml<\/li>\n<li>Minze, 3g<\/li>\n<li>Currypulver nach Geschmack, ca. 1 TL<\/li>\n<li>120 ml Mangop\u00fcree (fertig) oder ca. 150g frische Mango.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 TL Speisest\u00e4rke<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zwiebeln in der Butter glasig d\u00fcnsten, Paprika, Chili und Ingwer hinzuf\u00fcgen, alles weich d\u00fcnsten. Knoblauch dazu, anschwitzen bis er duftet. Kokosmilch hinzugeben. Alles f\u00fcnf Minuten kochen, mit Br\u00fche, Curry, Salz, Pfeffer nach Geschmack w\u00fcrzen. Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit sollte leicht s\u00e4mig sein. Minze und Salatkerne dazu.<\/p>\n<p>Alles im Mixer oder Blitzhacker p\u00fcrieren (bei frischer Mango diese jetzt dazu geben). Zur\u00fcck in den Topf, Linsen dazu, Mango dazu. Fertiges P\u00fcree ist bereits gezuckert, bei frischer Mango 1 EL Zucker zugeben. Aufkochen. \u00a0Mit Zitronensaft abschmecken, Gew\u00fcrze nachjustieren.
