Dann in hei\u00dfem Wasser mit Knochen, Lorbeer, Petersilienst\u00e4ngel, Piment, Nelke, Wacholder und Pfefferk\u00f6rnern 2,5 Stunden sieden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Zwiebel in etwas \u00d6l anschwitzen, Zucchini hinzugeben, salzen, ca. 15 Minuten kochen. Zwei Becher Schmand oder saure Sahne einr\u00fchren und danach nicht mehr kochen.
